Keep in mind that your pay is determined by your capacity to win over potential students or parents. The more appealing you are when you present yourself as a teacher, the more money you can make. You will be provided with ample digital tools and resources to create your online classes. You will also receive training for this program.
We will do our best to make our teachers more visible by branding them. In some cases, this would bring students directly to them, and they would receive compensation.

Pay Structure for Virtual Teachers
You want to know how your pay will be, just like with any program or job. The present program is no exception. Your pay will be exceptional and largely up to you because you will be working as an independent contractor. You can make as much as you can in the time you have. Your ability to attract students to your platforms affects your pay because each class can only hold 500 students but you can teach multiple grades and subjects. All sessions are recorded and you will make extra money each time a student signs up to view your recorded classes. All class sessions will be saved in the library and easily accessible by all students.
Additionally, you will have access to additional programs that you can market with our FMS vortex platform. You will not only be able to access the teaching platform, promote yourself to friends and family, and access those inside programs in the FMS Vortex. The decision is entirely yours. Your earning potential in this program is virtually limitless because you will be working as an independent contractor.
How the pay structure is set up for the teachers:
- The teacher’s wallet is credited with $.50 each time a student accesses a class. Therefore, the session fee is $50 if they instruct 100 students. $250 would be for 500 students. And so forth. We only allow 500. Students have the option to change classes or teachers. Designed so. And remember, you will be teaching children from the United State and Australia. Eventually, it will be opened up worldwide.
- Grades 1 through 8 students will be allowed to attend up to five classes per day.
- Students in grades 9 to 12 are permitted to attend up to six classes per day.
- The pay structure will be set up in the FMS vortex system. When you sign up, the cost of your Zoom classroom will be covered. In addition to instruction on the content of the curriculum, training for YouTube will be provided.
- You can also make more money by promoting the products and services that are included in this program as part of the FMS vortex platform. You can build a large customer base, partnerships, and teams not only in the United States but also internationally.
Criteria and Requirements For Application:
We want to ensure that our instructors, teachers, and tutors are also exceptional because we want our online education alternative to be unique and exceptional. In our program, we want teachers who are loving, compassionate, exciting, enthusiastic, and educated. There are no couch potatoes or those who are just out to get a paycheck.
Because of the way this program is set up, you won’t get the money you want if you’re not exceptional. Keep in mind that the students will be drawn to you by your personality, originality and style. Although we will use marketing to attract students to the program, it is entirely up to you whether they choose you as their teacher. Keep in mind that you are paid per student. Not by the class.
Here are the Criteria we are looking for in our online teachers:
- Need a four-year degree in education and teaching experience.
- Retired teachers and college graduates are encouraged to apply.
- You must truly enjoy teaching and have something unique to offer. We are not looking for someone just to get paid.
- Through DTCA, you will need to join the FMS Vortex. This is how you will get paid.
- You will be required to make a YouTube channel and video exhibiting your one of a kind capability, and ability and acquaint yourself with your expected learners and their families. ( Dedication and commitment to the program is a must.)
- Willingness to be above reproach and to set a higher standard for education than the conventional school systems
